Chicken in Salsa Macha (Without Peanut)

Ingredients:

6 pieces of chicken (leg and drumstick)
5 soup spoons of Salsa macha “La Consentida”
1 bar of butter
A half of onion to nibble refinement
15 soup spoons of mayonnaise
Salt (you prefer)
Garlic dust

Preparation:

Previously let the chicken resting with the garlic dust and salt.

In a casserole with slow fire, dissolve 1/4 of the bar of butter, then fry lightly the onion, once you fried it, take the pieces of chicken and fry the both sides, once it’s done, take it off from the fire.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Salsa macha “La Consentida” and then mix the chicken with the first preparation, let the chicken completely cover with such preparation.

Previously warm the oven at 250º, once it’s ready, let the chicken covered during 15 minutes until it’s cooked, and 15 more minutes uncovered for it become gold.

Once it’s gold, take out the dish from the oven, and mix it for the sauce and the meat juice get incorporated.

Side serves: with salad or vegetables. Your own choice.
