2 small bottles of 125 gr of Salsa Macha “La
Consentida” (With or without peanut)
1 kilo of pig steak or beef
1 Onion to nibble in small squares
1 small bottle of 250 gr. Of mustard
Cover the steaks with mustard on both sides and let
them macerate for a few minutes. Make a pile with
the steaks, put on each one Salsa Macha “La
Consentida”, the Onion’s little squares and salt,
let them rest about 20 or 30 minutes.
Fry the steaks, serve them immediately and serve it
with guacamole, fried beans and French fries.
