Chicken's Breast in Chipotle
1 small bottle of 250 gr. of chilpotle chili
marinade “La Consentida”
5 Chicken’s breasts in steaks
1 can of sour cream (your preference)
Onion to nibble refinement
Salt and pepper
Vegetable and edible oil
The steak’s breast are prepared with the salt,
pepper and lemon juice and let them marinate 30
Liquate the sour cream and the chipotle chili
marinade “La Consentida” in the mixer.
In a casserole, fry with slow fire the onion, then
add the chicken’s breasts and fry them from side to
side. Once It’s finished add the mix of cream and
chipotle, and let them boiling.
Serve them with potato puree and fresh salad.
